He was also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and court fees. He was also ordered to stay away from his girlfriend, Aska Doreen Fowler.[22] On December 19, 2009, it was reported that the Game had violated the terms of his probation, and that he had been given a new set of conditions.[23] On December 22, 2009, it was reported that the Game had been sent to jail for being a fugitive from justice.[24]
